From your photo your wound had separated and your implant is exposed. You should be seen by your plastic surgeon immediately for further care.
Thank you for your picture. You have would breakdown and an implant exposure. You need to see your plastic surgeon ASAP to hopefully prevent loss of your implant.
I think your implant is exposed. See your surgeon ASAP. He will probably have to wash out and replace your implant or remove for now and replace in several weeks. Good luck.
It appears your implant is exposed. I would discuss with your plastic surgeon. Sometimes resuturing the wound can work but it is risky and can lead to an outright infection. The safest bet is in a sterile OR environment to exchange the implant, washout the implant cavity and reclose the wound.
Yes, your wound has broken down and your implant is exposed. You need to see your surgeon immediately.
Yes there is exposed implant through the incision being open. In my opinion implant removal, healing for 3 to 6 months than re insertion of new implant is warranted..
I'm sorry, but you certainly have exposure of your underlying breast implant. This will not get better, and can get worse and be really distressing for you. You need to see your surgeon as soon as you can.
I'm sorry to hear about the concerns you have; I am also sorry to let you know that I do think that you are dealing with an implant exposure problem. Of course, your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource for accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Best wishes.
Thank you for the photo and it does appear that your implant is exposed so get back to your surgeon ASAPDr. Corbin

Omega 3 fats (e.g. fish oil, EFA, flax seed oil, Krill oil), NSAID's (aspirin, ibuprofen, naprosyn), Vitamin E, "blood thinners" and a whole host of supplements and medicines can cause excessive bleeding and bruising and therefore increase your recovery time. When in doubt stay away from...
Subglandular 450 cc implants would be a big mistake.I recommend a new technique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift™.Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and...
Breast creams don't work, plus they haven't been tested for safety so you don't know the long term impacts on health. That's why none are FDA approved.
It is difficult to say without photos to base an opinion on. A 30cc difference will not make any visible changes I recommend going with the larger implant.
A plastic surgeon should know their own capsular contracture rate. I do not believe the keller funnel decreases its rate. With submuscular placement, apropriate intraoperative antibiotics, and meticulous technique, the rate should be quite small.Good luck,Ary Krau MD FACS
