Thank you for your picture.  You have would breakdown and an implant exposure.  You need to see your plastic surgeon ASAP to hopefully prevent loss of your implant.

I think your implant is exposed. See your surgeon ASAP. He will probably have to wash out and replace your implant or remove for now and replace in several weeks. Good luck.

It appears your implant is exposed.  I would discuss with your plastic surgeon.  Sometimes resuturing the wound can work but it is risky and can lead to an outright infection.  The safest bet is in a sterile OR environment to exchange the implant, washout the implant cavity and reclose the wound.

Yes there is exposed implant through the incision being open. In my opinion implant removal, healing for 3 to 6 months than re insertion of new implant is warranted..

I'm sorry, but you certainly have exposure of your underlying breast implant. This will not get better, and can get worse and be really distressing for you. You need to see your surgeon as soon as you can.
