Hi, I'm a 5'8" / 172cm tall, 58 kg woman. I currently measure a 34AA and want to be a mid-full B cup but nothing more! Which size do you think would fit my specs if going under the muscle? Thanks in advance.
Answer: 215 or 245? Either implant should work well with your frame. No one will be able to tell the difference in 30 cc so go withe the larger implant

CONTACT NOW Answer: 215cc or 245cc implant, which size would be best for me? It is difficult to say without photos to base an opinion on. A 30cc difference will not make any visible changes I recommend going with the larger implant.

Answer: Implant volume and cup size At size 34 AA each 100 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change.200 cc implants would produce a full B.I always recommend small round textured silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral since they look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision.Implant profile is irrelevant in the retro-pectoral position since the muscle compresses it.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: When considering a range of sizes for breast augmentation choose the larger end of the range Most women wish they'd gone a bit larger after they get accustomed to their breast augmentation. I would advise you go with the larger of the two considered sizes.

Answer: Breast implant size Thank you for your question. The selection of the implant size is one of the greatest areas of angst when considering a breast augmentation. It is important to remember that volume, or cc's, is just one of the measurements that should be used when selecting implants. I prefer to use a more three dimensional approach to implant selection, and believe that it leads to more natural results. - The first dimension that needs to be considered is the width of the implant. The width of the implant should match the width of your chest and the base of your breast. This will avoid a large space between the breasts that can occur when an overly narrow implant is used.- The projection can then be chosen to obtain the look you are striving for. Given your desire to be in the b cup range, I suspect that a moderate projection implant would be appropriate.- The volume can then be determined based on these two factors. Keep in mind that it will likely be difficult to tell the difference between 30cc's in the implants that you are considering. Also keep in mind that it is sometimes necessary to chose an implant that is slightly larger in order to have sufficient width to look natural. If you have any concerns, you should discuss this at length with your plastic surgeon prior to the procedure.Best of luck with your breast augmentation.Jeff Rockmore
