and if my breasts would droop a lot more than they do... I'm afraid of ball in sack effect or that my breasts would eventually look a lot saggier I don't want a lift because I'm 27 and haven't had children yet. I weigh 155 pounds I'm 5" 4
Answer: Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift™ Subglandular 450 cc implants would be a big mistake.I recommend a new technique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift™.Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.Aligning the areola, breast tissue and implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes anterior projection with a minimal size implant.Small round textured silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision.Implant profile is irrelevant in the retro-pectoral position since the muscle compresses it.This technique avoids the ugly vertical scars of the traditional technique, maintains nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Subglandular silicone gel 450 Based on your photos I think that the implants will fit. However, subG placement has a higher Capsular contracture rate and with time they would droop. I would recommend placing the implant behind the muscle.

Answer: Subglandular 450 cc: a good choice? Subglandular implants have a higher rate of capsular contracture, and over time, will look less natural in the upper pole due to the sharp demarcation from your chest wall to the implant. A dual plane approach would give muscle cover over the upper part of the implant, the advantages of a submuscular implant, and should allow filling of the lower portion of the breast. Regarding size, that is best determined in person, but 450cc would probably work.

Answer: Not a good idea There are quite a few red flags in your question set that would concern me if I was your surgeon. Subglandular silicone implants: have the highest rate of capsular contracture of all possible options450 cc subglandular implants: are almost certainly too big for even tight skin envelopes to handle effectively over time, let alone in one that is already showing signs of ptosis; you have mentioned that you are afraid of a ball in sack effect, but are choosing the most likely scenario that will cause such an effect.I would highly suggest either considering a smaller implant and also placing your implants under the muscle for a more predictable and long lasting result.

Answer: 450 mL implants Thank you for the pictures. It is hard to tell how she will respond to breast implants. Based on the picture I think that you should be able to handle that volume. Best way to get a true assessment would be to have an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
