What happens if I break my nose after having a rhinoplasty?

I am planning to have a rhinoplasty to remove a dorsal hump and fix a septum deviation. But I was wondering. After years of my rhinoplasty healing, if I broke my nose, would doctors just be able to set it and fix it like normal or would there be complications due to having a rhinoplasty?

Thanks for your question. While damage to the nose might alter the results of your rhinoplasty, it is a question of the specific case at hand (depending on the severity of the damage). It is possible to break the nose after a rhinoplasty procedure. If that should happen, the nose can be re-set  back to its normal  straight position.
