Does filler for a deep radix lead to vascular compromise with tissue loss and scar?

I'm interested in getting filler for a deep radix. However, I've been cautioned about vascular compromise and tissue loss/scar. I'm wondering what other doctor's thoughts are on this? Thanking you all in advance!

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is becoming more popular. A comprehensive understanding of nasal anatomy is critical for anyone attempting to inject you. In general, deep injections in the mid-line are safer, but prior surgery or trauma can distort native anatomy.

If you are considering injections in or around the nose, you must select a practitioner who knows nasal anatomy and is comfortable in recognizing and treating any complications that may arise. Best of luck.

you can certainly add filler to the radix. There is a very small risk of the filler causing a vascular problem. However, this risk is small enough that we commonly do this procedure without problems. The risk goes up if you have had prior rhinoplasty. Good luck
