Does filler for a deep radix lead to vascular compromise with tissue loss and scar?

you can certainly add filler to the radix. There is a very small risk of the filler causing a vascular problem. However, this risk is small enough that we commonly do this procedure without problems. The risk goes up if you have had prior rhinoplasty. Good luck
