Will under eye filling smooth out lines while smiling?

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  Yes, in most patients placement of a dermal filler into the lower eyelid region will improve upon crepe skin and wrinkles both at rest and when smiling.  See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation for the best treatment option. 

Under eye fillers cameras or what's called filler in the tear trough helps reduce those creepy lines under the eyes.  Volume can help. But, if the wrinkles are from loose skin then you may need to tighten the skin with surgery, laser or something else.  If the wrinkles are closer to the crow feet area then Botox should help there.  

Hi and thanks for your question. For under the eye a combination therapy is always more effective. Injection of fillers will improve the volume loss and also fine wrinkles .

I sometimes mix it with few sessions of PRP and laser treatment to get a better result.
