Im 26 y/o and have hollowness under my eyes due to volume loss, which makes me look tired permanently. Ive seen a cosmetologist and she suggested to use a very light hyaloronic acid but she told me that my skin would stretch over time and that i would need more & more as i age. Is that true? My under eye skin is very thin though. I have been thinking also about nano-fat transfer as i want fairly long lasting results. Is it true that lumps and irregularities can form because of fat transfer?

Stop shooting testosterone. Don't get facial fat transfer. It's a perfect recipe for taking a normal appearing young man and making him look like he had plastic surgery. Just don't do it. Just say no Ask your friends to the gym if you should add fat injected to your face. Tell tell you ...
My goal is to provide what my patients want and also to try to provide the most natural result I can. Reviewing your goals in person is key. Best of luck.
Hello, making sure your weight is stable before facial fat grafting is key. Pregnancy will likely not have a significant effect on your fat grafting outcome. Please see attached video to see how this is comfortably done under local in the office, similar to how you would get a filler treatment.
