PPR, filler or nano-fat for under eye hollowness? (photo)

While I cannot provide a formal assessment without seeing you as a patient in my clinic, it appears from your photos that you are have mild hollowness that would improve with small changes. Botox, as well as dermal fillers, are safe and effective treatments for volume restoration when in the right hands. Placement of dermal filler, as well as the selection of the filler used can help revolumize and provide facial balance among all of your facial features. With an expert, you likely will not stretch your skin. You may be a candidate for a combination of radiofrequency micro needling with laser skin resurfacing to help rebuild collagen in the area. Fat treatments can be very complex, so I do not recommend it. In my practice we have over 45 lasers that we use, sometimes in combination, to customize treatment plans for each of our patients. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who can provide you with a formal assessment.

Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. I would recommend staying with fillers. Fat is unpredictable and can be unforgiving especially if more fat survives than not or if fat necrosis develops into hard lumps.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD

you don't have hollowness. You have dark circles. You will be making a huge mistake to put fat there as it is a high complication procure which is very difficult to correct if there is lumpiness. Fat also doesn't correct dark circles. You should read the other post about nanofat for today.
