Do I need a facelift? Will it help me to look younger? (Photos)

Okay so I’m 25 almost 26 and when I was 22 everyone thought I was my age or younger and then it’s like few years later when I was 24 everyone was like 25 or 26 or like few years older. I want to go back to looking really youthful like my early twenties or even younger is that possible?

Based on your photos, a full facelift may not be necessary at this stage. Instead, I would initially recommend buccal fat removal (bichectomy) and submental liposuction, which can help contour your face, define your jawline, and restore a more youthful appearance with less invasive techniques. The effectiveness of these procedures largely depends on your skin’s elasticity—if your skin does not retract well after fat removal, a facelift might be considered later on to address any remaining laxity. That said, an in-person physical examination is essential to properly assess your facial structure, skin quality, and overall suitability for any procedure.

You absolutely do not need a facelift. From your photos it looks as though you have great skin , firm collagen with no lines, wrinkles or jowels. If you are looking to get something done and want to feel refreshed, you would benefit from an upper lid blepharoplasty.

HI there. You are too young for a facelift. I would be curious to know if your weight has changed over the last 2-3 years. I would not add any more volume to your face. Buccal fat removal with minimally invasive skin tightening ie. Facetite may be good options. But you you should certainly seek an in-person consultation form a qualified Plastic Surgeon.
