Hello, I’m really sorry you’re going through this—it sounds frustrating and disheartening after undergoing not just one, but two surgeries. Depending on your specific anatomy and what was done during your surgeries, you still have several options. You could re-do a neck lift which can re-tighten and re-drape the neck skin and muscles. If too much fat was removed, a lift alone may not be enough—you may need some volume restoration too. You could also consider fat grafting or fillers. Fat grafting can soften any "suctioned" areas and improve contour. Fillers are less permanent but more adjustable. This could help with facial hollows or harsh lines caused by over-tightening. If your face looks tight due to scar contracture or poor healing, surgical release and re-closure might help as well. Lastly, you’re not alone in this, many patients seek revisions after facial surgery, especially when the outcome is unbalanced. It’s absolutely possible to improve both your face and neck, but it may take a combination of surgical finesse and non-surgical techniques. I wish you best of luck!

I'm so sorry you've had to go through this experience (twice now)! I'm sure that can be incredibly frustrating.
Some of my thoughts. It looks like either the muscle or skin was put on too much tension or pulled in an unnatural direction. It is hard to know without seeing the full operative report, but I would want to know if this was a deep plane facelift or some type of SMAS lift as this would potentially help direct what could be the problem. I think this would likely require release of whatever is causing that "pleated" appearance. And I cannot tell from the photos what the issue is with the neck to thoroughly weigh in at this point.
My recommendation is to schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon that specializes in facelift and in particular, revision facelift if possible. I think an exam in person would hopefully shed some light on the exact issue and help elucidate the options to fix things.

I had a lower face and necklift. My neck never looked better. AT ALL. My face was worse. It had this pulled look, like a rubber band and a suctioned out section. The surgeon said he had to do a full facelift to fix it. I thought he'd redo the neck too, which he did not. Now a year out the swelling is down and my face looks the same. My neck is even worse bc with no swelling it's just lose skin where he suctioned out an area. I'm not sure how to fix this. What can be done? Thank you!
