people vary so much from one another, an exact time is difficult to provide. If you wish, you may repeat the
procedure at that time. There is always an improvement compared to not having the
procedure as the #aging process continues to progress throughout the future.
Patients, with very loose skin will occasionally experience sagging earlier and it may be seen as soon as one
year later. Such may require a secondary procedure to tighten the loose skin.

Hi SmriteeThanks for your post. A good facelift should knock around 7 to 10 years off your age. However, the natural aging process will still happen. So if you are 60 you may look around 53 for an example. You will continue to age at the normal rate for you but a facelift will freshen your appearance and if done well, you shouldn't know you have had it.Good Luck and make sure you do your homework to find a qualified and reputable surgeon.

The longevity of any facial enhancement procedure is a function of the three "T's".  Technique, technician, and the patients tissues.  If properly performed the improvement should be permanent, but in certain patients the improvement may still be apparent at 10 years and in other patients will have dissipated by 2 years.  The suspension device, i.e. Endotine is important, but I feel the inferior release of the  tissues is of equal importance  Ask to see long term follow-up photos. A well-done traditional facelift should last about 10 years and most patients however patients with very thin fair skin with lots of sun damage will age faster and faceless may not last as long.  In my experience the Endotine facelift does not provide long term support and at the fascial tissues can sag again fairly soon after Endotine facelift.  Fairly soon
