Surgical procedures that can accomplish this are usually facelifts and/or eyelid surgery. At your young age, a large surgery such as a facelift may be overboard and unnecessary to achieve just a "slight" lift. There may be other non-surgical energy-based machines or filler techniques which may provide these effect as well.
