Procedures for Negative Canthal Tilt?

quest8
I am 33 & female, & have a slightly negative canthal tilt. When I press my fingers to my temples & lift up slightly, my canthal tilt becomes positive, my nasolabial folds disappear, & my face/chin becomes more heart-shaped & feminine; overall I look more attractive. I was wondering if there is a cosmetic procedure that would mimic these effects? Would any fillers work? Or would surgery such as a facelift accomplish a positive canthal tilt w/o looking unnatural or extreme? How drastic is this?
