8 months postop and swelling in one breast. I did pressure wash the house recently and I'm hoping that I just overworked that muscle. I'm having a slight achy pain as well but nothing that's stopping me from working. Could it be more serious than an overworked muscle?

The "best fit" is not based on one single measurement. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Then, you can actually see what you like.
