8 months postop and swelling in one breast. I did pressure wash the house recently and I'm hoping that I just overworked that muscle. I'm having a slight achy pain as well but nothing that's stopping me from working. Could it be more serious than an overworked muscle?

Your power washing could be a contributing factor. Aching and swelling can be a functon of your recent exertion. Your swelling and discomfort can also be caused by some fluid in the cavity around your implant. The best thing to do now would be to revisit with your plastic surgeon for an examination and care recomendations. Best Regards,
