Hello! Im a 37 years old c very lean. Currently a small 32 A. Im getting gummy bear implants, 220 CC. I love working out, doing planks, push ups, pull downs, dead lifts, ect. I also live a very active lifestyle. Im wondering Implants under muscle is safe and/or a good idea? I’m worried it will limit my abilities with my current lifestyle. I also have concerns about bottoming out. I want a natural look, but don’t want to compromise the way I live. What should I do? Under or over? Thank you!

The "best fit" is not based on one single measurement. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Then, you can actually see what you like.
