The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. By contouring and restructuring the lower lid, the eyes can appear more open, awake, and refreshed. Based on your phoos, it looks like you may be a candidate for transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty. Common reasons for lower blepharoplasty include tear trough deformity or pseudoherniation of the orbital fat. An in-person exam would provide a more accurate diagnosis, but preliminarily based on your photos it does appear you have pseudoherniation of fat creating "eye bags.” They should also be more prominent when you look up. Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning will provide nice results and a better lid-cheek transition in this case. @drdonyoo

I would stay away from fillers in the undereye and tear trough regions, they are likely to cause some uneveness and troublesome swelling even when injected by the most skilled of injectors. A surefire way to improve the bags and fill in the tear troughs is a transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty with transposition of periorbital fat to fill in the tear troughs. There is, however, significant recovery time involved following lower blepharoplasty.
