Are skin boosters a good option for my under eye bags and puffy appearance? It is more noticeable under my right eye. My dermatologist has suggested skin boosters over fillers and I am wondering if this is sufficient or if I should consider blepharoplasty. I am 42.

You don't say how long ago your surgery was, but it looks pretty recent. I would suggest you wait at least six months before even thinking about a revision. It takes time for the tissues to soften after surgery and some of the fat may resorb.
