I have a tick nose tip skin therefore nose tip looks bulbous. I want to have more noble and straight nose. I live in Thailand and States (Maryland). In Thailand everything is cheaper, but maybe they have less experience with what I want to achieve. Many doctors in Thailand don't have rino portfolio, so I consider States, where I also want to purchase insurance if something will go wrong with this procedure. So my question is open or closed rhinoplasty? Maybe filler will be enough?
