I did a rhinoplasty months ag but I don’t like it. I wanted a subtle change but the surgeon did me so wrong and changed my whole face with a completely different nose My surgeon told me that it will be sufficient if he reduces the implant in situ because he cannot remove it and try to reshape the surgiform. + remove a little bit of cartilage But im afraid of that because he failed me the first time.
