4 months post op Juvederm fillers in April. I gradually developed large unsightly lumps in my lips. What should I do? (photo)

I can understand your concern.  I would suggest a consultation for a 2nd opinion.  It is difficult to say for certain what the difficulty is.  However, I would have anticipated resolution over a period of 2 months, especially with injection of an enzyme (I assume your referring to hyaluronidase).  You need an evaluation to try to provide a treatment plan.Are you certain it was Juvederm you have been treated with?Be sure to consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist.It is my hope you find satisfactory resolution of your difficulties.

There are a few possibilities but ask your injector to consider the following: Nodules, granulomas and possible infection as a cause. I would suggest to them consider injecting steroids into the lip or possible surgical consultation if it doesn't resolve. Might be worth starting an antibiotic to cover your basis. Good luck.
