I am 17 days post TT. Seroma, Hematoma and Necrosis, suffering from all post TT?

I am sorry to hear about your problems after surgery. It is difficult to say for sure without photographs but you may be a candidate for V.A.C. treatment , which may help in your situation. It is a small device which helps remove the fluid and heal with negative pressure. If you could provide us with some photographs we can give you better advice. All the best

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing since your tummy tuck. It sounds as though you are in close contact with your surgeon and that your situation is being closely monitored. Continue to follow your surgeon's instructions and be sure to ask questions.

I understand that the current situation may cause lot of anxiety and apprehension. Problems like this rarely happen and I think your surgeon is managing well. 
Once a Seroma or Harmatoma collects it would take a while to settle. Am sure your surgeon might have performed an USG to check for any residual collection. If necrosis has settled / after discussion with your surgeon you should wear a compression garment to a air further collection. However if there is ongoing necrosis this should be avaided.
