Could my gallbladder removal surgery 2 weeks ago have ruined my TT results? I'm 6 months post op. (photos)

Two weeks ago, at almost 6 mos post op from tummy tuck with muscle repair, I had laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery. I came home incredibly swollen and although a good bit of the swelling has subsided, I still have a bulge in my upper abdomen. I'm so worried the gallbladder surgery has ruined my tummy tuck results. Is this possible? The surgeon told me it will go back to being flat but this bulge is alarming.

Swelling in the abdomen can take several months to fully resolve, and it's not uncommon at all to have your muscles obscured for the time being...
