Could my gallbladder removal surgery 2 weeks ago have ruined my TT results? I'm 6 months post op. (photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  As most gallbladder removals are done laparoscopically using small incisions it would be difficult for it to affect your tummy tuck results.  What has likely happened is that you have retained air in your belly that was used to perform the surgery and which has not fully been reabsorbed.  Hang in there and allow your results more time to mature and you should eventually return to your former appearance. 

It is unlikely that the GB removal if performed laparascopically will have any long term impact on your abdominoplasty results,. You should allow for the swelling to subside.

Although I can't be sure from the pictures, it appears they removed your gall bladder endoscopically. Since very small incisions were used, It is doubtful it had any significant impact on your muscle repair or tummy tuck result. However, you would expect some swelling of the abdomen after surgery for a few weeks, so keep the faith. You should be fine in a few more weeks and resume your work out routine.

Air is placed in the abdomen during a laparoscopic cholecystectomy.  If sufficient tension was placed on the sutures you may have stretched some of the repair.  I do think this is highly unlikely.  I would wear a compression garment to help with the swelling and support of the abdominal muscles.
