My main issue is my nose looks like it is leaning more towards my right and it has no structure. When the light hits my nose the light looks curved, could be an injury i had as a child. It is small and looks concave. With more bone overgrowth on my left side of the nose than less. I can breathe better from my left nostril than right. I am not sure if anything should be done to my tip or ala. please recommend. How to get a narrow and structured nose?
Answer: Yes. You could benefit from a Rhinoplasty. Hi. You definitely have a lot of deviation in the mid vault region, middle 1/3rd of the nose. You need a septal deviation correction, spreader graft, bone narrowing with osteotomy, tip plasty, hump removal and dorsal augmentation.

Answer: Wide crooked nose: Wide crooked nose: based on your photos your nose appears to be wide and crooked. The excessive width involves the bridge and tip. The crookedness is probably due to a deviated septum which is also causing difficulty breathing through the nose. These issues would be addressed with a Rhinoplasty and septoplasty which should be performed by someone who has performed many of both of these procedures.

Answer: How will rhinoplasty correct my nose/get it narrow/structured? Hello @sakshi.cuddly thank you for your question and showing your picture. The best recommendation I can I've you is to consult several board certified plastic surgeons and have your surgery with the one you feel confident that can meet your expectations, keep a natural look and correct the functional part. Even though the nose is one of the most prominent features of a person, is also the very organ that allows to breath properly, that why I always work in nose surgery with an ETN specialist that handles the functional part. In the aesthetic part it is very clear that the structures to be treated are tip, dorsum, nasal base, sometimes this segment called nasolabial angle and also on other occasions the size of the nostrils. Best wishes!

Answer: Rhinoplasty Good morning sakshi.cuddly, I hope this message finds you well. From what I can gather from your complaints and your images - you do have a broad bony base for your nose which is giving you a wider look with more of it over your left side. Along with a deviated nasal septum you may be suffering from a bulbous nasal tip. A combination of a septorhinoplasty with a low to low osteotomy and if needed an ala restructuring with cartilage grafts should give you better definition, a midline aligned nose and a sharper nasal tip. Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.
