Rhinoplasty and lip lift - how long to wait before doing the other surgery?

Question

Can you do alarplasty/rhinoplasty and upper lip lift together? What if performed by different surgeons but same day? Or how long to wait after rhinoplasty before lip lift. Or how long to wait after lip lift before doing rhinoplasty? Thanks

You cannot do (or should not do) Alarplasty and Liplift at the same time. Ideal gap is one year and the minimum time is 3 months.

Thank you for your enquiry. It is technically possible to perform an alarplasty and lip lift together. If you want to separate the operations, I would suggest waiting for 6-9 months.

You can do them separately or at the same time. I don't do lip lifts. They don't do what you expect and sometimes the scar is noticeable. It's just a dumb procedure  imho

Hello, Usually, nose surgery that you mention uses incision on the columella and alar area, and lip lift uses incision on the top of the philtrum. These two incision areas are too close. This complicates the suturing process for the surgeon. Also, it will not be the best idea when we consider the healing process after surgery including the blood circulation. It is recommended to do the higher priority first and have several months interval. For more accurate plans, you should have in-person consultation with a surgeon.
