Just based on the photos – and of course would need to discuss things in depth to make sure that my suggestions are aligned with your aesthetic wishes – I see four areas that could be improved: the profile of your nose, which is over projected; your chin, which is underprojected; the excess tissue of your neck, which could be resuspended to give you a beautiful, sharp jawline; and the marionette lines + deep nasal labial folds that could benefit from a lower facelift done in conjunction with the neck lift. However, you are only an appropriate candidate if these features also bother you! It would behoove you to meet in person with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns specifically and see which procedures would be right for you.
