To begin with,the photograph is fuzzy and I'm not sure what this is.Second, I do not recommend the many home remedies that have become popular for removing moles. They only remove them if they physically traumatize the skin so much that part of it is destroyed and falls off. Frankly, that's bad medicine as you do not know what you have removed.And I've treated the results of home remedies for moles and skin tags. There are lots of complications and problems.Go see a doctor and have this done the right way.
Hi,Castor oil and baking soda will not remove your lesion of concern from your nose. I recommend you see a dermatologist for assessment and treatment of this area. It is important not to use such products in a cosmetically sensitive area as they may actually make things worse. It is also important to have the area formally assessed to make sure your lesion is not malignant , inflammatory, or infectious in etiology.
