I believe I have true gynecomastia but Im not sure.when I lift my arm up I can clearly see the glandular tissue.when I touch it, its like a small rubber ball. I just purchased gynexin. I would like to know if gynexin fixes true gynecomastia? If not I'm deff. getting the surgery. How much will it cost to get glandular tissue removed with NO LIPOSUCTION, in Baltimore Maryland.

Answer: Gynecomastia surgery From your photos it looks you probably do have glandular gynecomastia directly beneath the nipple-areola. I do not think that Gynexin will work. Surgery should do the trick and be rather easy to recover from. Go get some consults for the details. good luck.

Answer: Gynexin is a waste of your time and money--see a plastic surgeon. Perhaps it sounds self-serving to say that plastic surgery is the only way to deal with true glandular gynecomastia, but if you consider that there is very low likelihood you will come to see me for this surgery (there are plenty of excellent ABPS-certified plastic surgeons with lots of gynecomastia experience in Baltimore), this is NOT self-serving, only honest fact.Gynexin is a herbal supplement that will do absolutely nothing for glandular gynecomastia, and is likely to be equally worthless for fatty gynecomastia (fat "burning" supplement), which you certainly don't have. Great physique, BTW!Cost for surgery are available at the time of consultation with any ABPS-certified plastic surgeon, and will be dependent on your and your surgeon's choice of local anesthesia, local with IV sedation, or general anesthesia, as well as choice of hospital, free-standing surgicenter, or accredited in-office surgical facility. The latter tend to be the most cost-effective. Best wishes! Dr. Tholen
