Hello, is there a way to cosmetically achieve venus dimples? I read some information about using kybella or liposuction to replicate the dimples. Are there any other possible methods?

Hello; by Kybella or Liposuction; it is not possible for creating dimples. However, at designated points in the town; dimples can be achieved with appropriate stitches.

Hello, Anatomically, every person has Venus dimples. Only the fat tissue covering it hides this. It is possible to reveal these with liposuction.

Dimples created by either method may still not quite look natural, especially as you age. I would suggest avoiding trying to make them.

Liposuction nor Kybella will create lower back dimples.  Liposuction could help contour and accent your curves however.  If interested visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

Attempting to create, natural, looking, dimples, turns out to be extremely difficult.
Removing the fat will not create a contour similar to a dimple.
It would also require suturing the skin down to the underlying fascia.
To do this requires access and access would require a scar. 
Any attempt at this would probably lead to some disappointment.
