I am 5'0 and 117 pounds. I want to go up from a C/D to a DD. I think I will have enough fat to go up to that size. I would also like a breast lift with the procedure. I do not want to have implants. I want a natural breast augmentation without feeling my breasts are fake.

Answer: Fat grafting to breast Thank for posting. Fat grafting can be a very god way to obtain modest increase in size (usually only 1/2 to 1 cup). Of course, you get to give away fat from area(s) where you may not love it, and you can not have implant related problems (which, fortunately, are uncommon). If you desire 1 cup or more increase in size, implants are the preferred method. please see attached web link. Good luck

Answer: Increasing breast size and maintaining a real feel Breast augmentation with silicone implants is the best way, in my opinion, for a soft, natural feeling breast enlargement procedure. I would not recommend using fat grafting for a significant increase in breast size. I like my patients to be happy and fat grafting has not been shown to provide significant increases in volume.
