Can a vibrating massage device disrupt fat retention following fat transfer?

A considerable amount of healing has occurred and I really don't think the device you're using is causing changes in your breast. You should discuss this with your surgeon. 

Thank you for your question.  Generally the fatty tissue that has not resorbed after the initial phase should act similarly to other fat cells in your body.  In other words, it is unlikely that a massage device can dissolve the fat.   Fat necrosis is rare at 2 months, but possible which you be experiencing.  Also you may have residual swelling which is subsiding.  The best way to determine is visit your surgeon and have him/her assess you.An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon is the best way to assess your needs and provide true medical advice. If those belts that were popular decades ago that essentially jiggled you around, then I suppose the answer is yes.  I personally did not believe it was possible but those machines keep popping up here and there.  Logically, I would think it would not impact any viable fat 2 months out from your procedure unless you had areas of non-take of your graft and the vibrations are helping your body resorb the failed graft.
