Can a vibrating massage device disrupt fat retention following fat transfer?

tw78
Hi, I am 2 months 3 weeks post op having fat transfer from my arms to the breast. I developed something that looks like a mondors cord from my armpit down the inside of my arm. I have been using a handheld vibrating massage device (from just 2 weeks ago) under my armpit pressing on the cord to try loosen it. I've noticed a loss of volume of fat lately in my breast, could this be because of the vibrations coming from the device? (I havnt placed the device in my breast but the vibrations travel)
