Tummy tuck 1 year post op. Sutures are still present and will have to be pulled out by my provider. Should I be concerned?

Hello I had a tummy tuck about a year and a half ago. I have sutures coming out of my stomach. I’m having to go to the doctor to have them pulled out. Is that normal?
