Spitting suture holes: bandage or not.

I have several spitting suture holes from my breadt lift. I have been putting antibiotic ointment on them along with a bandage, but was wondering if I should let them breathe instead for faster healing.

There are many types of breast lifts available. It is not possible to determine the most appropriate lift in your case without an actual physical examination. It is, if fact, quite possible that you could achieve your goals with augmentation alone.
