Why do I have deep redness running down my nasolabial folds?

I don't recommend trying to improve this yourself, due to the risk of scarring. This is also difficult to answer without pictures. From your description, this can be improved with a combination of lasers (clear + brilliant, VBeam, Yellow), peels and microneedling/prp. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

This is something that would definitely require an in-person examination as it may be require medication and is impossible to diagnose without seeing. I would not advise you to do any of your own remedies such as lemon juice, this will not do anything to help your situation and could worsen it.
