I'm 21 yrs old, 5'2, and 110 lbs and had had chin lipo and buccal fat removal previously. Often times however, my jawline still looks nonexistent, or at least very odd. It doesn't feel like excess fat, and i haven't gained weight in the past 4-ish years since my lipo procedures. Is it excess skin? Is my chin weak enough to cause my jawline falls like that? What are procedures I can do to permanently correct it and give myself a strong, feminine jawline
Answer: More information needed Unfortunately, your photographs are inadequate. You need a true lateral photograph as well as straight on photographs. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: You may have an anterior hyoid, or a bit of excess neck fat. And anterior hyoid is when your voice box is positioned relatively closely to your chin. This congenital condition can tend to blunt a sharp cervical mental angle (Jawline). Depending on your examination, neck liposuction may be considered for improving upon the appearance of your jawline. An examination would be necessary to determine this. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Why does my jawline look like this? The photographs presented are not adequate enough to make a determination about how best to proceed. You most likely have fat deposits located underneath the platysma muscle creating fullness in that area, which requires a surgical neck lift to remove. It's important to understand that liposuction can only accomplish limited fat removal above the platysma muscle, while a neck lift procedure accomplishes removal of both compartments of fat, and also includes a plasma plasty to significantly improve your jawline
