I had back, flanks and abdominal lipo two weeks ago. Numbness post lipo?

Had significant swelling in the pubic area until a few days ago. My husband and I had sex last night for the first time and I noticed I felt numb inside and couldn't feel anything. Is this normal and if so how long will it last? I know the swelling takes a while to subside but the numbness inside my vagina is concerning.
