marley887.  The combination of swelling and the trauma from the surgery can cause symptoms you are describing, especially your surgery was just 14 days ago.  Check in with your plastic surgeon, but in the meantime, try to stay positive and patient.  Good luck!

This can be typical after liposuction. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure and may compress nerves. I recommend following up with your Doctor about your concerns and after care recommendations. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. Although I have never heard a patient complain of this type of numbness, it is more than likely related to swelling in the area. Significant swelling in the mons area is very common after abdominal liposuction. There is absolutely no reason why abdominal, back and flank liposuction should result in permanent intravaginal numbness.
