425cc, gummies & devastated with mastopexy result, feedback please? (Photos)

I need honest feedback, as my surgeon has refused to do a revision. I got a lift and implant in February 2024. I opted for an implant to add volume (425cc gummy) and upper pole fullness. This is what I ended up with and I am absolutely devastated. My breasts don’t look or feel much different than they were pre op. They’re just heavier now. My surgeon stated that I have an unrealistic expectation.
