Will I need a lift if I downsize from 700 and 500cc ultra high profile to 350cc low plus profile implants? (photos)

it is hard to tell for sure, but based on a significant difference in implant size there is a chance that you will need breast lift. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

An examination is needed to see if a lift can actually be done safely. if your tissue is very thin near your areolae, then a lift may not be wise. Your lateral pockets and even inferior pockets can be tightened to better position your implants. You will be much happier with implants that fit your frame and tissue. These do not.
