I had a breast augmentation on January 4th 2022 and would like to get a revision to downsize as well as correct the asymmetry. I currently have a 700cc Ultra High profile in my left and a 500cc High profile in my right. I would like to downsize the volume to a 350cc and change the profile to a low plus. Could this be accomplished without a lift? I also plan on getting a PRP to address the keloid scars from the incisions underneath my breasts. Thank you in advance!
