Recently I’ve been wanting to add a little volume back into my breasts. I have noticed that the top has lost fullness due to slight weight fluctuations over time. According to Victoria’s Secret sizing I have been a 32C though a little deflated now. I was about 15 lbs heavier in college and closer to a D. I would like to have a higher rounder appearance to my breasts and tend to love the look of round implants in 300cc range. I’ve been told a lift + implants may be what I need but unsure which?
Answer: Lift Measurements are needed to be sure, but you may need the vertical lift. During your consultation, you can discuss your options for the lift and try on sizes.

Answer: Breast lift A vertical lift with implants in the 250-300 cc range would be perfect for you. With a lift you cannot be as aggressive with implant size due to risk of excess skin tension.

Answer: Which kind of breast lift with implants? Thank you for your question and for the photographs. There are many different techniques to uplift and reshape breast and placement of the implants. The best way to be able to advise you adequately would be to examine you and assess quality of the skin, amount of prestige and distance between the nipple and the breast crease etc. Based on what I can see, my suggestion (which would have to be confirmed in consultation) would be to perform breast lift /mastopexy with the anchor scar which would provide more stability of the cosmetic result in more control in reshaping and re-tightening the skin, potentially combined with a minor reduction of your own breast tissue and positioning of the implant behind the pectoralis major muscle. However as mentioned, it will also depend on the experience of the surgeons he will select and what he/she will believe would be the most appropriate technique in your specific case to achieve the best cosmetic result. All the best with your procedure. Andrea Marando Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Manchester and London, UK

Answer: Breast Lift with Implants Hello! Thank you for sharing your doubts with us. In your case, it is advisable to perform a breast lift with high profile implants to give you more projection, with a lollipop scar (include cutting around the areola, and then downward to the base of the breast in a straight line).

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
