Recently I’ve been wanting to add a little volume back into my breasts. I have noticed that the top has lost fullness due to slight weight fluctuations over time. According to Victoria’s Secret sizing I have been a 32C though a little deflated now. I was about 15 lbs heavier in college and closer to a D. I would like to have a higher rounder appearance to my breasts and tend to love the look of round implants in 300cc range. I’ve been told a lift + implants may be what I need but unsure which?

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Do you want awesome breasts? If the answer is yes, then you need a full inverted T mastopexy (along with a breast implant). Don't let anyone tell you a donut/Benelli/circumareolar lift; you will not achieve a beautiful breast shape with that mini-lift. Weight fluctuations have likely made your skin more loosely elastic and your nipple is at or below your inframammary fold. Therefore, more skin needs to be removed.
