How can I get rid of this specific hole in my chin that wrinkles especially only when I talk? I feel like I also have jowls and am super self conscious about it my age. I’ve hate 4 units of chin Botox but it hasn’t solved that issue at all. Do I need more or a different procedure there like filler to fill that hole/area?

Answer: Chin concerns If you are continuing to have movement of the area after you've received Botox then more product may be needed. Filler can also help to improve the overall look. You are correct in thinking that a filler is needed. That should be a relatively easy improvement with both addition of Botox in appropriate areas and a permanent filler.
