Question

Hello. Is there someone who can see past my age and help my damage. I dissolved a lot of filler, 25 ml maybe more and left me deflated. I still have radiesse and scar tissue present that I want scraped out. I had to have a fat graft and lower bleph to compensate for depelation. I need the filler stuck in my tissues scraped out and tissues put back in place. What would be recommend. I attached pre filler and post overfill. My injector tried to fix bad filler with more filler and my face is damage

The filler Radiess is made of calcium hydroxyapatite and cannot be reversed. With sufficient time the body will dissipate the product and eventually bring you back to baseline. It’s not possible to surgically remove previously injected filler. You can’t scrape out filler that’s embedded in your face. I suggest giving yourself a year without intervention, then get a baseline assessment with your provider of choice.
Your situation is complex and posting on real self is probably not the best way to get a formal assessment and treatment plan. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with experienced board certified plastic surgeons in your community.
