The photo gives evidence of cheek volume deficit, which is responsible for the flattening of the cheeks, lack of projection over the cheekbones, the development of deeper smile lines and incipient bags under the eyes. Without any of the expense, postsurgical downtime, without cutting or stitches, the use of a robust HA volumizing filler for the cheeks would not only contour the cheeks into a more feminine, heart-shape, but would likely diminish the under-eye and smile line issues. And, if that's not all, the results would be immediate and engender little to no significant post-treatment downtime.
