I'm 21 but I feel like my skin is super saggy and puffy, but also sunken in where the cheek bones are supposed to be. I'm looking for more permanent solutions that won't worsen with aging. It's possible I might have hemifacial microsomia . Advice on fixing asymmetry would be helpful. Considering nosejob for bulbous tip, jaw Botox, maybe shave down of brow. Need help figuring out also what to do for cheeks and eyelid(s), eyebrows. Want to try and look natural.
