Fat graft revision or cheek lift for asymmetry and sagging? (photo)

Hi, I got face fat graft in february but now like nothing happened. I was thinking about I will go and get second session or cheeklift! Any advice? My midface area is the problem. Sagging and 2 side are totaly different
