I am curious, are there any Doctors out there with experience in the use of DMSO after a fat transfer procedure? Its use for vascularization seems promising but unfortunately there is a lack of data and real discussion. Please, I am looking for someone who has first hand knowledge on this subject. In your experience, did you notice any patients who had considerably more fat retention on average when they had applied DMSO topically after a fat transfer procedure? Thank you.

Any fat transfer is subject to change over time with weight gain or loss. When you become engorged with milk, you fat may be compressed and you may see less volume over time.
The ThermiTight can help tighten and do limited lifting of your breasts. It should not be done at the same time as the fat transfer. I would suggest doing the ThermiTight first, and then later do the transfer.
