Would a brow lift and upper and lower blepharoplasty be my best options? (Photo)

Question

I have had two consults with ocular/plastic surgeons for my eyes. Neither recommended an upper bleph. Both recommended lower bleph and one a brow lift. I feel I would need all 3 procedures to be happy. I don’t think I will be happy with just Botox. Only 5 units in my forehead drops my brows low, The opposite of what I want. I also am curious about brow reduction as I think part of the problem is my lowest/heavy brow.

You could really benefit from a brow lift on the one side only.  It would be enough by itself and is easy to undergo.  Endoscopic browlift is best but a threadlift would be a good and easy option also.

What would benefit you is a brow lift using the Iirregular Trichophytic technique that I developed almost 50 years ago. It leaves virtually no scar since hair will grow through the incision. You need no lower eyelid surgery possibly just a little filler and nothing more. Make sure you see the doctors results with this technique with the hair pulled back

It appears you have a high forehead.  You would benefit from a brow lift with the incision at the hairline to lower the hairline, decrease the vertical height of the forehead and raise your eyebrows.

There is a small asymmetry in position of your brows. This can be corrected with endoscopic brow lift on one side; incisions are hidden in the hair. It does not appear that upper or lower blepharoplasty is needed. If you insist on that, a lower, transconjuctival blepharoplasty without skin removal may be considered. Good luck.

You have significant asymmetry of your eyebrows, so you should start with a brow lift for your right side to even out your eyebrow position. Once that has occurred, you will not need upper eyelid surgery. A trans-conjunctival approach lower eyelid surgery can accomplish removing the lower eyelid fat bags with all the incisions based on the inside of the eyelid itself.

If you feel all three procedures (upper bleph, lower bleph, and brow lift) are needed: 
1. Lower Blepharoplasty: Removes puffiness or hollowness under the eyes. 2. Brow Lift: Elevates low or heavy brows, opening the upper eyelid area. 3. Upper Blepharoplasty: May not be necessary if brow heaviness causes upper lid hooding. 
If your brow bone is prominent, consider brow reduction for a smoother appearance. A third opinion with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon can clarify the best combination of procedures for your goals.
