Before jumping into more surgery, with its expense and downtime, you may wish to consider a nonsurgical HA filler browlift that consists of using a mid-viscosity HA filler placed appropriately below the outer third of the eyebrows to provide the necessary support and lift and further enhancing the lift with the use of a couple of microdroplets of Botox. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. The procedure takes about ten minutes to perform, the results of the filler immediate (and those of the Botox usually visible within a week) and there is typically little to no significant post-treatment downtime.
