Hi, I needed to better understand the pros and cons of : A Browpexy vs. an Endoscopic Lateral Brow Lift vs. Non-Endoscopic Lateral Brow Lift. How are the aforementioned procedures different? How is the longevity related to each procedure. Where are the scars for each procedure and the length of the scars? I was told by a surgeon that recommended the Endoscopic Lateral Brow Lift that a median incision within hair will also occur to visualize the "Ophthalmic Nerve" ??

You would benefit from a brow lift since your eyebrows are still below the level of the orbital rim. I would do this first.

This procedure can be done from an upper lid blepharoplasty approach so no additional scars. However the result are limited at best. Can be used in bald patients who want a slight brow lift and have no options for hiding scars. Also in younger individuals who need a minor lift.
