I had a revision breast augmentation 2 months ago for a breast lift that I had before. This time, the surgeon only used the vertical incision to replace the implants and shape the breasts. However, a piece of areola is stuck in the vertical incision, altering the roundedness of the areola. I am wondering what can be done to remove the piece of areola and if laser could work to get rid of the pigment. Also, what can be done to improve the shape of the areola? My implants are 800cc.

No, laser cuts or abraids tissue, but does not close. To get to the implant, the breast tissue much be opened as well as skin, and sutures are needed to close the area. Your body heals the cut area with scar tissue. Laser can be used after the wound has healed some to improve the scars.
Your left breast is also bottoming out some, and even some on your right, and may have a capsule making it less round. I would suggest going smaller and revising the pocket on the left. Going smaller decreases the risk of another capsule and less weight to bottom out again. Mesh may need to be...
The areolar incisions could be made, but do not go larger. You are bottoming out now with the weight of these implants. Going larger will thin your own tissue even more and be heavier with more risk of sagging again. You need to go smaller and have your inferior pockets lifted and tightened.
