I’ve had several breast augmentation revisions (one capsulectomy to fix capsular contractor from a ruptured implant) and several attempts at making my breasts appear more even. I like how my left breast looks (it has a natural tear drop shape) and the projection is good. The right breast is a lot more round and wider at the base and falls into my arm pit. What would your revision recommendation be? Please help

The areolar incisions could be made, but do not go larger. You are bottoming out now with the weight of these implants. Going larger will thin your own tissue even more and be heavier with more risk of sagging again. You need to go smaller and have your inferior pockets lifted and tightened.
Both, actually, have bottomed out, but more on the one side. I would suggest going somewhat smaller so there is less weight on your tissue and tightening the inferior pockets. You may need mesh for internal support.
Yes, you appear to have a capsule on one side, and no, you do not need a lift. I suggest going smaller to decrease your risk of another capsule. Going larger does increase this risk and you are already at more risk since you developed a capsule. Oral Accolate can be helpful around surgery and...
