I had alarplasty performed 6 months ago. Immediately it was apparent that the left nostril was reattached lower than the right nostril but i was asssured by the surgeon that this would even out. It did not and now there is a clear difference between each nostrril, the left being lower and less wide and the right being wider and flared. It is especially evident when i smile. Can this be easily revised? Thank you
