I'm 5 weeks out, and I love where they're at now. How much more can I expect them to change? They're already pretty soft and natural feeling. Also, after I was cleared a week ago to go back to underwire and push up bras I noticed my breasts kind of grind and creak when I do my massages. I do the massages upward and together, and it's a really strange feeling, almost like vibrating.

Answer: 5 weeks post op, will they drink anymore? (photos) Thank you for your question and photographs, and it appears that you will have a very nice result. After placement of implants, the overall appearance of the breasts will change dramatically over the next several months, as the implants drop, and the overlying tissue stretches to accommodate the extra volume. At five weeks, your implants appear to be settling, and I would anticipate some continued mild redistribution of implant volume to round out the lower portion of each breast. I know waiting is difficult, but judge your results at 4-6 months after surgery as most of your breast changes should have occurred by then. Hope this helps.
