Allergic to dissolving stitches

When I was young I find out though a sergery that I am allergic to dissolving stitches. I want to get a breast augmentation with a lift but I don't know if I can because of this. Can you use "regular" stitches for a breast augmentation and if so is the aftercare different and will it make the scaring worse.
