Regarding male breast 'enlargement' (not big stuff). Would standard over-the-counter water tablets have a changing effect?

I found that after major surgery(burst duodinal ulcers) and prescribed water-tablets(spironolactone?) along with, at the time Ranatodine my breasts grew, not a lot and when pointed out to my G.P. was taken off both and re-prescribed Omazaperole. I'm not or do not wish to be female although a "suggestion" of boobs, I've found, would be nice.Would standard over-the-counter water tablets have a changing effect? I don't want to be female...just a suggestion of breasts.(small).

Some surgeons take the steri strips off at 3 weeks.  Others at 2 weeks.  Some do so at 1 week.  Others don't put them on at all.  The fact is that your incision is closed with several layers of suture that you can't see.  These sutures combined with 11 days of your own...

Thank you for your question and photographs, and it appears that you will have a very nice result. After placement of implants, the overall appearance of the breasts will change dramatically over the next several months, as the implants drop, and the overlying tissue stretches to accommodate...
